Raita

                                                                      Raita


Ingredients:

Onions                           2

Carrot                             1

Coriander leaves            3/4 cup

Green Chilies                 2

Cucumber                       3 small pieces

Curd                                1 cup

Preparation Method:

Finely chop the onions, cucumber, coriander leaves, carrot and green chilies.

Add salt to all the finely chopped ingredients.

In a bowl, add curd and all the salted ingredients.

Mix it well. Mouth-watery Raita is ready!!
